Property Watch, LLC is a real estate firm formed in Bogart, GA.  Our broker, June Johnson,   was in real estate for twenty years in Orange Beach, AL with her son at Three Palms Real Estate and Vacation Rentals.  After many years, she moved her residence to Athens, GA where she re-located her brokerage to Bogart to begin a new company Property Watch LLC.

Katherine Drudge joined the Property Watch, LLC team in December of 2022 with Jay, her husband, joining the team in January of 2023.  Jay and Katherine are residents of Oconee County where they are raising their 6 children.  They know Athens as well as the surrounding areas having lived in that community before moving to Watkinsville.
